In a large brew kettle, heat 6 liters of water to about 160°F (70°C). Add the Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, and Roasted Barley to the water. Stir well to ensure all grains are submerged.

Prepare the Mash

Maintain the mash temperature at around 150°F (65°C) for 60 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.

After mashing, sparge the grains with hot water and collect the wort in the brew kettle. Bring the wort to a boil.

Once boiling, add the Bittering Hops and boil for 60 minutes.

Add the cooled Priming Sugar solution to the fermented beer, then transfer the beer into sanitized bottles. Cap the bottles tightly.

Allow the bottled beer to condition at room temperature for an additional 1-2 weeks to carbonate.

Condition the Beer
