Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the sweet soy sauce, tossing to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
