Canapé Directions
- 1
Prepare the Tuna
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce. Marinate the tuna steak in this mixture for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Sear the Tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Once hot, sear the tuna for about 30 seconds on each side for a rare finish. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
- 3
Prepare the Rice Cracker
Place the rice crackers on a serving platter. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with grated ginger.
- 4
Assemble the Canapés
Thinly slice the seared tuna and place a slice on each rice cracker. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped chives.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately, allowing guests to enjoy the freshness of the tuna and the spice of the sriracha.
