Method
Preparation of French Toast
Make the Batter
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Dip the Bread
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Cook the Toast
Place the coated slices on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Make Honey Butter
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter with honey until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Preparation of Graham Cracker Syrup
Make the Syrup
In a saucepan, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, water, and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract before serving.
