Method

Preparing Dill Cream Cheese

  1. 1

    Mix Cream Cheese

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped fresh dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Cooking Potato Hash

  1. 2

    Prepare Potatoes

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add potatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.

  2. 3

    Grill Focaccia

Once the potatoes are cooked, toast the slices of focaccia in the same pan until golden on both sides.

Poaching Eggs

  1. 4

    Poach the Eggs

Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer. Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide into the water. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 5

    Plate the Ingredients

On a plate, place the grilled focaccia, top with the crispy potato hash, smoked salmon, and poached eggs. Add a dollop of dill cream cheese on top. Serve with a side of mixed greens salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
