Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Prime Rib Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the prime rib patties with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of aged white cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Spread red relish mayo on the bottom bun, add a layer of shaved iceberg lettuce, followed by the burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and garden greens. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
