Method

Frittata Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus and mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  3. 3

    Prepare Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, goat cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine and Cook

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Cook on the stovetop for about 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set.

  5. 5

    Bake in Oven

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Salad Preparation

  1. 7

    Make Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

Toast Preparation

  1. 8

    Toast Bread

Toast the multigrain bread slices until golden brown.
