Prepare the Blini
If using store-bought blini, warm them gently in a pan or microwave. If making from scratch, prepare your blini according to your favorite recipe.
Assemble the Dish
On each blini, add a dollop of crème fraîche. Top with a generous spoonful of caviar.
Garnish
Sprinkle the finely chopped chives and lemon zest over the caviar-topped blini.
