Method

Infusing the Spirits

1

Prepare the Infusion

In a clean, sterilized barrel or jar, combine the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

2

Add the Spices

Add the star anise, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and black peppercorns into the barrel or jar with the spirits.

3

Seal and Store

Seal the barrel or jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to allow the flavors to meld. For a stronger flavor, you may infuse for up to 4 weeks.
