Prepare the Glass

Rim the glass with coarse sea salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into a plate of salt. Set the glass aside.

Mix the Drink

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the jalapeño vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and fresh lime juice. Shake well until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
