For the Bloody Mary Mix

Method

Prepare the Bloody Mary Mix

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground green chile. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.

2

Adjust Seasoning

Taste the mix and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce according to your personal preference.

3

Chill the Mix

Cover the Bloody Mary mix and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Prepare the Cocktail

4

Rim the Glass

Take a glass and moisten the rim with a lemon wedge. Then, dip the rim into a plate of green chile salt to coat it evenly.

5

Combine Ingredients

In a shaker, fill it with ice cubes. Add 2 oz of St. George Green Chile Vodka and 4 oz of the prepared Bloody Mary mix.

6

Shake Well

Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the drink.

7

Serve

Strain the mixture into the rimmed glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge on the rim.
