Base & Alcohol
Citrus Brightener
Sweetness & Flavor (dealer's choice — choose one)
Garnish (optional, match to chosen flavor)
Method
Prepare Glass & Ice
Chill a highball or Collins glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside for 1–2 minutes. Empty out any excess water before building the drink.
Build the Seltzer
Combine base and citrus
Into the chilled glass, add 1 cup of fresh large ice cubes. Pour in 6 fl oz Suntory -196 Vodka, 0.5 fl oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 fl oz fresh lemon juice.
Add sweetness and flavor
Add 0.5 tablespoon simple syrup (or agave) and 1 tablespoon of your chosen fruit purée or juice (dealer's choice flavor — e.g., watermelon purée for a fruit-forward seltzer, yuzu or yuzu-honey for bright citrus, peach purée for stone-fruit notes, or grapefruit juice for bittersweet lift). If using a thick purée, briefly stir or lightly shake with the alcohol and citrus in a shaker with 2–3 ice cubes for 6–8 seconds to integrate, then pour into the glass over fresh ice.
Garnish & Serve
Finish with an optional garnish that complements the chosen flavor: a lime wheel for citrus, a thin fruit slice for fruit purées, or a sprig of mint for herbal lift. Serve immediately with a straw if desired.
