Coat the Wings

In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with cornstarch until well covered.

Heat the Oil

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings

Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.

Toss in Sauce

Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
