Directions
Prepare the Burger Patty
In a mixing bowl, season the dry-aged ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into a patty, about 8 oz in size, ensuring it’s slightly larger than the burger bun.
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cook the Burger Patty
In the same skillet, cook the burger patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place the slice of Vermont sharp cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread the Churchill sauce. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by the crispy bacon slices and pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve the Dandy Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
