Ahi Tuna Preparation

Sear the Tuna

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Season the Ahi tuna steaks with salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Couscous Tabbouleh Preparation

Prepare the Couscous

Bring the water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Stir in the couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Add the fluffed couscous, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Grilled Zucchini Preparation

Grill the Zucchini

Slice zucchini lengthwise, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.

Lemon Dressed Fennel and Arugula Preparation

Prepare the Salad

Thinly slice the fennel bulb. In a salad bowl, combine the fennel and arugula. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
