Preparation and Cooking
Prepare the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook for another minute. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, orange zest, Grand Marnier, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken. Stir in the butter until melted and smooth.
Serve
Fold each crepe into quarters and place on plates. Drizzle with the orange sauce and serve warm.
