Prepare the Bananas
Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. Set aside.
Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is bubbly.
Add the Bananas
Carefully add the banana halves to the skillet, cooking for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are caramelized and soft.
Flambé with Rum
