Step 1: Prepare the Glass

Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Step 2: Pour the Vermouth

Measure and pour 2 oz of vermouth into the glass over the ice.

Step 3: Add Soda Water

Top off the glass with 4 oz of soda water.

Step 4: Garnish

Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as garnish.

Stir gently if desired and serve immediately.
