Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest the Moscato grapes, ensuring they are ripe and sweet. Crush the grapes gently to release their juices into a fermentation vessel.

Harvesting and Crushing

Add 10 liters of water to the grape juice and sprinkle 20 grams of yeast over the mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Adding Water and Yeast

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit for about 10-14 days at a controlled temperature of around 18-20°C (64-68°F) until fermentation is complete.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, filter the liquid to remove solids and add 2 grams of sulfur dioxide to stabilize the wine.

Bottle the wine in sterilized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles tightly.

Bottling

Chop the fresh peaches and apricots into small pieces and combine in a bowl.

Preparing Fruit

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the chopped fruit and mix well to ensure the fruit is evenly coated.

Sweetening the Fruit

Allow the wine to rest for an additional week in the bottle with the sweetened fruit. This will infuse the flavors of peaches and apricots into the wine.
