Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

Rinse the Malbec grapes thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and place the grapes in a blender.

Blend the grapes on high speed until they turn into a smooth puree. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the grape puree into a large bowl to extract the juice. Discard the solids.

Wash and slice the unripe strawberries. Set half aside for garnish and blend the other half into a smooth puree.

In the bowl with the Malbec juice, add the strawberry puree, heavy cream, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.

Chop the mint leaves finely and add them to the mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld.

Pour the chilled Mythic Mountain Malbec Rose into wine glasses. Garnish with the reserved strawberry slices and a mint leaf on top.
