Carefully harvest 2 kg of ripe Malbec grapes in the early morning to preserve their freshness.

Harvesting Grapes

Place the harvested grapes into a clean fermentation vessel and crush them to release their juice.

Crushing Grapes

Add 10 g of yeast to the crushed grapes along with 50 g of sugar and mix well. Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature of around 25°C for 7-10 days, stirring daily.

Fermentation Process

After fermentation, add 500 ml of water to the mixture to dilute it slightly for a smoother taste.

Adding Water

Incorporate 2 g of tannin to enhance the structure and complexity of the wine.

Adding Tannin

Transfer the wine into a clean barrel or bottle for aging. Let it age for 6 months to develop the desired flavor profile.

Aging the Wine

After aging, carefully bottle the wine and seal it. Store in a cool, dark place.

Bottling

Serve chilled or at room temperature in a wine glass to appreciate the red fruit notes and spice.
