Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tail

Preheat your broiler on high. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart slightly to expose the meat.

2

Broil the Lobster

Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet, flesh side up. Brush the meat with melted butter and season with a dash of Tajin. Broil for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and the edges are slightly browned.

3

Serve

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then drizzle with more melted butter if desired. Serve immediately with extra Tajin on the side.
