1. Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of key lime juice, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of sour cream, 4 egg yolks, and 2 tsp of lime zest. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

3. Fill the Crust

Pour the key lime mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly with a spatula.

4. Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.

5. Cool the Pie

Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cool, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely chilled.

6. Serve

Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices. Slice and enjoy your delicious key lime pie!
