Grilled Mahi Directions

1. Prepare Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well blended.

2. Marinate the Fish

Place the mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.

4. Grill the Mahi

Remove the mahi mahi from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

5. Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
