Prepare the Tofu

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fry the Tofu

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey or agave syrup, rice vinegar, chili paste, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to reach desired consistency.

Make the Peanut Sauce

In a serving dish, combine the fried tofu with the peanut sauce. Toss gently to coat. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
