Vodka Soda

Build and serve
Chill a highball glass briefly if possible. Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes. Pour 1.5 oz vodka over the ice. Top with 4 oz club soda. Give the drink one or two gentle stirs to combine (avoid vigorous stirring to preserve carbonation). Squeeze the included lime wedge over the drink, drop the wedge in, and serve with a short straw or stirrer.

Fill a highball glass with 6 ice cubes. Add 1.5 oz gin. Slowly pour 4 oz tonic water down the side or over a bar spoon to retain effervescence. Stir gently once to integrate. Express a lime wedge over the surface (squeeze), rim the glass if desired, and drop the wedge in as garnish. Serve immediately.
