Method
Beverage
- 1
Chill the bottle
Ensure the 500 ml bottle of San Pellegrino is well chilled before serving. Ideal temperature is 6–8°C (43–46°F). If not chilled, place bottle in refrigerator for several hours or in an ice bucket for 5–10 minutes.
- 2
Open carefully
Hold the bottle upright on a stable surface. Remove the cap or loosen the screw top slowly to release pressure gradually and avoid foaming. If it's a metal cap, twist off gently; if a screw cap, unscrew slowly until the hiss subsides.

Prepare glass (if using ice)
If the guest requests ice, place 3 fresh ice cubes in the highball glass before pouring. Note: adding ice will slightly reduce perceived carbonation and alter temperature quickly.

Final check & serve
Ensure the drink is cold, lightly sparkling, and presented with the lemon wedge on the rim (if used). Place bottle and glass on the table or hand to guest. If serving with the bottle, leave the remaining sealed bottle on ice or in the refrigerator to maintain temperature.
