Raspberry Swirl

1. Make the swirl (can be prepared ahead)

Combine raspberries, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl or mini blender. Mash or pulse until broken down and syrupy (about 20–30 seconds).

2. Optional: strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl or squeeze bottle to remove seeds, using the back of a spoon to press solids. You should end up with ~2 tablespoons of raspberry purée/syrup. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or small container for easier swirling.

3. Assemble and blend

Add Skyy Vodka, peach liqueur, sliced peaches, peach nectar and ice to a blender. Secure lid and blend on high until completely smooth and frosty, about 10–20 seconds depending on blender strength. Check consistency — it should be pourable but thick. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of peach nectar or water and pulse once more.

4. Taste the blended mixture and adjust sweetness if needed: add 1/4 tsp sugar or 1/4 oz simple syrup and pulse briefly to incorporate.

Assembly & Garnish

5. Create the raspberry swirl and serve

Drizzle about 1–2 tablespoons of the raspberry purée inside the walls of a chilled Collins or hurricane glass, rotating the glass as you pour to create a visible swirl. If you have a squeeze bottle, draw a spiral up the glass interior for a clean swirl.

6. Slowly pour the blended peach mixture into the glass so the raspberry swirl remains visible on the sides. If needed, pour over the back of a spoon to slow the flow and preserve the swirl.

7. Garnish with a peach slice on the rim, a whole raspberry, and a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon to remix the swirl while drinking if desired.
