Method

Bottle

  1. 1

    Chill the bottle

If the bottle is not already cold, place the sealed Fiji bottle in a refrigerator for 1–2 hours or in an ice bucket for 10–15 minutes until chilled.

  2. 2

    Open the bottle

Remove any outer seal and unscrew the cap carefully. Wipe the top of the bottle with a clean cloth or napkin if needed.

  3. 3

    Serve from bottle or pour

Serve directly from the bottle held at an angle to avoid splashing, or pour slowly into a glass (tilt the glass at ~45° and pour down the side) to preserve temperature and clarity.

Serve

  1. 4

    Prepare ice

If serving over ice, place 4–6 ice cubes into a clean, chilled glass before pouring. Add fewer cubes for less dilution, more for extra chill.

  2. 5

    Add optional lemon

If using a lemon wedge, rinse the lemon, cut one wedge, and either slide it onto the rim of the glass or squeeze lightly into the water for a subtle citrus hint. (Omit the lemon to keep strictly 0 calories.)

  3. 6

Final presentation: place the chilled bottle next to the glass (if poured, present the bottle or cap on a small dish), provide a napkin or coaster and a straw on request.
