Bread Pudding Ingredients

Method

Bread Pudding Directions

1

Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Tear the stale bread into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.

2

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

3

Combine Ingredients

Pour the wet mixture over the bread pieces. Add raisins and gently fold until the bread is evenly coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.

4

Prepare Baking Dish

Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the soaked bread mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

5

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

6

Cool and Serve

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with a drizzle of cream or a scoop of ice cream.
