Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

3

Season the Sprouts

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

4

Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

5

Combine Ingredients

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a serving bowl. Add the crumbled bacon and grated aged cheese. Drizzle with hot honey sauce to taste and toss gently to combine.

6

Serve

Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
