Coconut Chia Pudding

5% ABV – Red Tempranillo and white Verdejo

In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine 500 ml of Red Tempranillo and 500 ml of White Verdejo. Stir gently to mix the two wines together.

Combine the Wine Bases

To remove the alcohol, heat the wine mixture in a saucepan over low heat. Allow it to simmer gently, making sure it does not boil, for about 30 minutes. This process will help evaporate the alcohol while retaining the flavors.

Remove Alcohol

After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Stir in 50 g of sugar, 1 tsp of citric acid, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add Flavor Enhancers

Add 100 g of your choice of berries (raspberry, blueberry, or cherry) to the mixture. Gently crush the berries with a wooden spoon to release their juices and enhance the flavor.

Incorporate Berries

If desired, mix in 250 ml of sparkling water for a refreshing twist. Serve the alcohol-removed wine chilled or at room temperature, depending on preference. Enjoy your homemade non-alcoholic wine!
