Method

Mimosa Preparation

1

Prepare the Mimosa

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice and Cointreau. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

2

Add Champagne

Slowly pour the Champagne into the pitcher with the orange juice and Cointreau mixture. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.

3

Serve

Pour the Mimosa into champagne flutes or glasses and serve immediately.

Side Dish Preparation

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.

5

Season the Potatoes

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

6

Cook the Potatoes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.

7

Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving alongside the Mimosas.
