Cooking Lobster

Prepare the Lobsters

Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Cook the Lobsters

Once the water is boiling, carefully add the lobsters headfirst. Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobsters are bright red and cooked through. Remove from the pot and let them cool slightly.

Boil Potatoes

In a separate pot, add baby potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Corn

In the same pot, boil the corn on the cob for 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley.

Plate the Dish

On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked lobsters, corn, and potatoes. Drizzle the garlic butter over the lobsters and garnish with lemon wedges.
