Lime & Chili Sauce
Korean BBQ Sauce
Method
Preparation
Prep the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the wings with salt and black pepper, then toss with olive oil.
Cooking
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Prepare the Sauces
While the wings are baking, prepare your sauces. For the BBQ sauce, simply warm the barbecue sauce in a saucepan over low heat. For the Brown Butter Buffalo sauce, melt the butter in a pan until it browns, then stir in the hot sauce. For the Lime & Chili sauce, mix lime juice, chili powder, and honey in a bowl. For the Korean BBQ sauce, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan and simmer until slightly thickened.
