Seafood and Seasoning

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Halibut

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place the halibut fillets in the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

2

Sauté the Scallops

In a skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix the cooked scallops with the Dungeness crab meat, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Gently combine to avoid breaking the crab meat.

4

Assemble the Dish

Once the halibut is done baking, remove it from the oven. Top each halibut fillet with the crab and scallop mixture. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to warm through.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
