In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more pineapple juice or coconut cream to achieve your desired consistency.
