1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to thoroughly chill the glass.

2

Combine ingredients

Add vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice to a shaker filled with ice. Use the specified amounts: 2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz Chambord, 1.5 oz pineapple juice.

3

Shake

Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is well chilled and the mixture is slightly frothy from the pineapple juice.

4

Strain

Remove ice from the chilled glass (or discard ice water). Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer or a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice chips.

5

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a small twist of pineapple on the rim. Serve immediately.
