Method
Cocktail
Combine and chill
Add 1.5 oz Crown Royal, 0.75 oz RumHaven (coconut rum), 2 oz cranberry juice, 1.5 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup (if using) into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker two-thirds full with ice (about 1 cup). If you want a slightly more complex finish, add 1 dash Angostura bitters to the shaker.
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the ingredients are well chilled and diluted.
Fill a chilled coupe or highball glass with fresh ice (if using highball) or leave neat in coupe. Strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into the prepared glass.
Garnish & Serve
Thread 2 fresh cranberries (or a cocktail cherry) on a small pick and rest across the rim or float them in the drink.
Add a pineapple wedge to the rim for aroma and visual appeal. If serving in a highball, you can tuck the wedge between the glass and the pick.
Serve immediately with a short stirring straw. Enjoy responsibly.
