Mix the Juices
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice and lime juice.
Add Seasonings
Add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Jamaican jerk seasoning, celery salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Incorporate Cilantro
Finally, fold in the chopped fresh cilantro. Taste the mix and adjust any seasonings if necessary.
Refrigerate
Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Rim
Prepare the glass by wetting the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it into coarse salt, ensuring an even coating.
Shake the Drink
In a shaker, combine the chilled Jamaican jerk spiced Mary mix with vodka and ice cubes. Shake well to chill and mix the ingredients.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
