Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

In a large pot, bring 12 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, slowly add the 3 cups of malted barley, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add 1 cup of hops to the mixture and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.

Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, add 1 tsp of yeast to the mixture and stir gently to combine.

Cover the pot and let it ferment at room temperature for 5-7 days, checking daily.

After fermentation is complete, add 2 tbs of lemon zest, 1 tbs of grated ginger, 2 tbs of honey or agave syrup, and 1 tsp of salt to the mixture.

Carefully pour the mixture into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal each bottle tightly.

Refrigerate the bottles for at least 24 hours before serving. Enjoy your homemade alcohol-free beer chilled!
