Cocktail

1

Prepare glass

Select a highball or Collins glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes until about three-quarters full to chill the glass and keep the cocktail cold.

2

Build cocktail

In the prepared glass over the ice, pour 2 oz Casamigos Reposado tequila, 0.5 oz Chambord, and 0.75 oz fresh lime juice. Stir gently with a bar spoon 6–8 times to combine the spirits and lime juice with the ice.

3

Top with ginger beer

Carefully top the mixture with approximately 3 oz chilled ginger beer. Pour slowly to preserve carbonation and avoid overflowing. Give one gentle stir (2–3 rotations) to integrate the ginger beer without flattening it.

4

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and, if desired, drop 2–3 fresh raspberries into the drink or skewer them on a pick. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring rod.

5

Notes: Adjust ginger beer amount to taste for desired strength and sweetness. For a slightly spicier profile, use a ginger beer with a stronger ginger bite; for a sweeter, fruitier drink, add an extra 0.25 oz Chambord.
