1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to chill.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add ice (about 3/4 full), then pour in 1.5 oz reposado tequila, 0.5 oz Frangelico, 0.75 oz milk chocolate liqueur, 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur, and 0.5 oz heavy cream. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, add 0.25 oz simple syrup.

3

Shake

Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds. This both chills the mixture and emulsifies the cream with the liqueurs for a silky texture.

4

Prepare glass

If you chilled the glass with ice water, empty and dry it. Optionally, you can rim half the glass with a thin smear of raspberry liqueur and dip in chocolate shavings for extra flair.

5

Strain & serve

Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards for a smooth finish.

6

Garnish

Float 2 fresh raspberries on the surface and sprinkle 1 tsp of chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder over the top.

7

Serve

Serve immediately. The drink yields a balanced interplay of reposado's agave warmth, hazelnut notes from Frangelico, creamy milk chocolate, and bright raspberry accents.
