Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice all the vegetables: bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, snow peas, and mushrooms. Make sure they are all cut into similar sizes for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Stir Fry the Vegetables

Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil if desired. Once hot, add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, sliced carrot, zucchini slices, snow peas, and mushrooms. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  2. 4

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Serving

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and transfer the stir fry to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your vegetable stir fry warm!
