Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for roasting the Brussels sprouts.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise to ensure even cooking.

Making the Glaze

  1. 3

    Mix the Glaze Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil until well combined.

Roasting

  1. 4

    Toss the Brussels Sprouts

In a large mixing bowl, add the halved Brussels sprouts and pour the honey-sriracha glaze over them. Toss well to coat all the sprouts evenly.

  2. 5

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the glazed Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  3. 6

    Roast in Oven

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and presentation.
