Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Pour the Vodka
Measure 2 oz of cucumber vodka and pour it over the ice in the prepared glass.

Add Lime Juice
Squeeze fresh lime to get about 1 oz of lime juice and add it to the glass.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of ginger beer over the vodka and lime mixture until the glass is full.

Garnish
Add three cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves as a garnish to the drink.

Stir and Serve
Gently stir the drink to combine the ingredients. Serve immediately with a straw.
