Mixing the Cocktail
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Jefferson's Ocean Bourbon, Campari, and Chinato Vermouth.
Stirring

Garnishing
Garnish with an orange twist by expressing the oils over the drink and placing it on the rim.
