Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweet miso paste, minced habanero, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken Wings
Place the chicken wings in a large zip-top bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the wings are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Bake the Chicken Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade and place them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
