- 1
Chill glass
Place a large wine glass or stemmed balloon glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice and water while you prepare ingredients to ensure the drink stays cold.
- 2
- 3
Add ice
Add 2–3 large ice cubes or one large sphere to the glass to keep dilution slow and presentation elegant.
- 4
Top with prosecco
Slowly pour 4 oz chilled Noa Prosecco over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles and create gentle layering with the shrub.
- 5
Finish and adjust
Gently add 0.5 oz soda water to the top to give a softer finish and lighten sweetness. Stir once very gently (no more than 4 slow turns) to integrate the shrub with the prosecco while retaining effervescence.
- 6
- 7
Serve
Serve immediately while the prosecco is fully effervescent. Provide a small stirrer so the guest can adjust sweetness/mixing as desired.
