Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
Make the Rub
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Season the Ribs
Rub the spice mixture generously all over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.
Wrap the Ribs
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the Ribs
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
Broil for Finish
Turn on the broiler and place the ribs back in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
Serve
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting them into portions. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
